Frequently Asked Questions
We offer several course formats to accommodate student preferences, schedules and learning styles. Classes may be offered asynchronously (on your own time) or in real-time via Zoom web conferencing, or may be a mix of both.
With an average class size of 17, use of Zoom web conferencing and other online classroom tools such as discussion boards, students can interact with each other frequently and in a variety of ways.
You can contact an instructor through the online course environment, by email and by phone, or the help desk at elearninghelp@ggu.edu. Virtual office hours are also available. Online students also have access to a 24/7 helpdesk that supports students with live Web chat, e-mails, FAQs, and toll-free phone assistance.
For most courses, you will be able to order books from the GGU Bookstore. Other course materials may be made available through GGU Library course reserves, or by your instructor.
