Richard Rushow, MSITM, MSPM, PMP

With a career spanning over three decades, Richard is a dynamic and results-driven professional with expertise in project management, IT systems administration, infrastructure operations, and restaurant industry leadership. His diverse experience across corporate, government, and service sectors has equipped him with a unique blend of technical acumen, operational excellence, and leadership expertise.

As the Exam Simulator Program/Project Manager at OSP International, he oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of exam simulation platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and high-quality product delivery. He applies his PMP certification, stakeholder collaboration skills, and Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvements.

Previously, as a System Administrator / IT Training Manager at the American Red Cross, he spearheaded nationwide IT projects, including MPLS, Windows 7 migration, Zendesk implementation, Microsoft O365 adoption, and Cisco VoIP rollouts. He also led and mentored a 21-member international desktop crew, significantly reducing technical issues across 32 remote offices.

His tenure as Maintenance Worker III for the City of Richmond, CA, showcased his ability to lead infrastructure projects. He collaborated with city engineers on stormwater, street repairs, asphalt work, and traffic safety installations. He also trained and supervised young professionals, instilling a strong work ethic and safety-first approach in the city’s intern program.

Additionally, he served in the United States Army as a Drill Instructor—Staff Sergeant, training over 250 soldiers per cycle in Basic and Advanced Individual Training (AIT). His leadership was recognized with multiple commendations, including Drill Instructor of the Year, ARCOM, and AAM medals.

A firm believer in adaptability, continuous learning, and disciplined execution, he approaches every challenge with strategic foresight, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence. Whether managing IT systems, leading infrastructure projects, or optimizing restaurant operations, he thrives in roles that require precision, leadership, and a people-first mindset.
