Does your mind quickly forget the “good” and remain sticky for the “bad”? Do you compare yourself to others, or start judging others instantly, instead of seeing them more neutrally?

If you’ve noticed these common features of mind you’re not alone. Come to this talk to learn ways to gain control of your mind, thoughts and emotions, so you can focus more on the parts of life that are most important.
