Conscious leadership expert, visionary author, inspirational speaker, and transformational Life Coach, Michael Bianco-Splann has witnessed an evolving world demanding new and innovative strategies.
Currently an Organizational Executive Leadership & Performance Coach and consultant with CACI, Michael brings over three decades of executive coaching, training, and performance consulting from across several industries. Michael appreciates and shares with his coachees and clients an impassioned and experiential expertise that energizes and infuses groundbreaking results.
Sometimes referred to as the “Energy Manager” for his electric and powerful style, Michael brings a unique and engaging quality to his coaching and training. He embodies and instructs the power of humanness and genuine authenticity into the servant leadership vernacular.
A master certified corporate trainer and performance consultant; Michael has been an architect in building high-performance sales and service organizations with outstanding results. His recently rereleased book, entitled, Conscious Leadership: 7 Principles that WILL Change Your Business and Change Your Life, is the culmination of leadership experience offered as a wake-up call for leaders and organizations ready to gain consciousness. Michael’s newest book, Dying to Live: A Tapestry of Reinvention, guides readers through life vignettes to explain how he arrived at the 7 principles of conscious leadership.
Michael holds his bachelor’s degree in international relations from Syracuse University and his master’s degree in transpersonal psychology from Atlantic University. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the Organizational Leadership and Human Skills Development undergraduate program at Golden Gate University. He is a certified practitioner in emotional intelligence and change management along with being a Coherence Advantage Practitioner with the HeartMath Institute.
Accompanying Michael as his partner and creative genius is his wife, Janeen. Since 2015, these New York transplants live in the Pacific Northwest with their four-legged friend, Moshe. Being of service to others is Michael’s passion.
