Dr. Pervaiz Masih is a resident of California and a GGU alum who completed his EMPA in 2015. He graduated from Abilene Christian University with a doctoral degree in “Organizational Leadership,” with an emphasis on Emerging Technologies in Higher Education, in August 2021. He has served as an Associate Professor at Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Monterey CA for 14 years. Currently, he is leading Glad International (a non-profit) as a President and CEO of Leadership Development and Management Consultants (a consulting firm). He has served as a director and manager for multi-layered and mega projects/programs at international non-profit organizations for over two decades. He has also served as an Executive Director at Cathe Foundation Pakistan for a decade, empowering underserved communities, and leading sustainable community development projects. He is the author of two books on interpersonal skills and building teams. He is fond of shared learning and teaching.
