Dr. Joaquin E. Wallace has profoundly impacted financial literacy and community empowerment. His academic journey includes an Economics degree, an MBA in Marketing, and a Doctorate in Public Policy Analysis. He serves as adjunct faculty at Golden Gate University and has practical experience as a Financial Advisor at Prudential Financial Inc.

Diverse education, coaching, consulting, and business roles distinguish Dr. Wallace’s career. He founded Project Transition Inc., which has provided white-collar career opportunities to over a thousand working poor individuals in Alameda County. His book, *Welfare to Work: A Practitioner’s Perspective*, offers a blueprint for overcoming poverty through skill development. He has also led financial literacy workshops at San Quentin, highlighting his commitment to community service.

At the core of Dr. Wallace’s mission is financial literacy, which he advances through The New Wealth Wave Podcast and his Seven Stage Generational Model. This model is designed to tackle financial anxiety and reshape behaviors through the ‘Financial Genetic Code,’ emphasizing the importance of financial education in achieving well-being and passing on knowledge for lasting wealth.

Dr. Wallace is also a respected voice actor and basketball analyst for the Santa Cruz Warriors and Stanford Athletics. His achievements, including the Oakland Chamber’s Non-Profit of the Year and Wells Fargo’s Living History Makers Award, underscore his influence. Recognized in Black MBA, Essence Magazine, and Contemporary Black Biography, his leadership is further evidenced by his community and professional impact. Dr. Wallace resides in Northern California with his wife Jamelle, their daughters Jameelah, Sasha, and Kendall, and granddaughter Quinn Jazelle.
