Professor Martin is Chief Audit Executive at Central Garden & Pet, a consumer-packaged goods company with both domestic and international manufacturing and distribution operations, where he directs companywide financial, operational, and systems-related audits to help management and the Board understand risk and prioritize controls. Prior to joining Central, Professor Martin was Chief Audit Executive at Logitech Inc. Before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, Mr. Martin practiced as a psychologist where he obtained unique insights into human behavior.
