Anthony Assi works for Oracle as a Technical Advisor part of the engineering leadership team, providing engineering guidance in the field of Infrastructure, Cloud Architectures, Datacenter, Cloud Migrations, IT Cost optimization, Machine Learning, Big Data, Databases, DevOps, Serverless, Security, Backup and Recovery, and other topics. Prior to joining Oracle, Anthony was working for Google in their cloud engineering team focusing on strategic account. Previous Jobs includes Field CTO at Dell EMC Converged Infrastructure division, CTO of Cloud and Data Centers for a system integrator and outsourcing firm, Technology Stream Leader for Mission Critical Systems at a Military and Defense organization, and HPC R&D Expert Engineer in the field of Bioinformatics and genomics research.
