Robert is a result-oriented technical manager and educator. Robert’s technology career began with AT&T, where he held various technical and managerial positions. He has also worked for technology start-ups, ISPs, local and long distance carriers, data products and Inter-networking companies.

Robert currently works at NASA – Advanced Enterprise Global IT Solutions at Ames Research Center. In this position, he directs a team of technical professionals, managing Data Center, Cloud, LAN, WAN, Cable Plant, Radio, VoIP/Telephones and IPTV/Video services.

Robert has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from San Francisco State University and a M.S. degree in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University (GGU). He is currently a Sr. Adjunct Professor at GGU, and several universities in the Bay Area where he teaches graduate Information Technology, Network Infrastructure, Network Design, and
Information Systems courses.

He has been teaching professionally for 37 years.
