Lydia has continuously served as a Senior Adjunct Professor for over 30 years at Golden Gate University, undergraduate and graduate programs, online and in the classroom. She teaches the graduating capstone course, HR as Strategic Business Partner, for the M.S. in HR Management.
For over thirty years, Lydia has provided consultation and project management services for various healthcare organizations. She has held top-level positions such as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a three-hospital 8 outpatient site, a 3000-employee Healthcare system, and Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources positions. She has demonstrated expertise and accomplishments in developing and implementing major human resources systems, including all human resources functions, organizational transition projects, and union contract negotiations and implementation.
