Ladd Howe is an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University’s Ageno School of Business and is currently a Director of Corporate Strategic Finance at Gilead Sciences, Inc.

As a Bay Area native growing up surrounded by world-class high-tech and biotech organizations from scrappy startups to large, multinational corporations, Ladd mainly spent his career working in the Financial Planning and Analysis departments of publicly listed companies in the Semiconductor and Biotech industries. His experience centers on helping C-Suite executives make the best use of finite resources in managing the many elements of large, diversified product portfolios supported by various internal functions

Ladd also spent time in corporate treasury where he helped raise external debt financing for major acquisitions and currently works on a team that provides long term financial forecasts to inform companywide strategic planning

Ladd received his Bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and International Business from San Francisco State University and his Master’s Degree from Golden Gate University.
