Eric Pardue is a change management consultant, professor, and retired Air Force veteran in Quito, Ecuador. He teaches MEO and Logistics at Institut Catholique d’Arts et Métiers (ICAM), a French engineering school, and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE). For ICAM and PUCE, Eric conducts classes in English and Spanish in Management, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Psychology, Functional Analysis, and Logistics. He also remotely lectures on business strategy and management at GGU’s School of Undergraduate Studies and on leading complex change at the Ageno School of Business.
Born in Huntington, New York, Eric served 22 years in the Air Force, specializing in Aviation Logistics, Supply Chain Services for Special Operations, and Program Management with postings in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He is a PhD candidate in Economics and Finance at Universidad Internacional de Investigación y Enseñanza en México, focusing on the impacts of dollarization on developing countries.
Eric holds graduate certificates in industrial organizational psychology and adaptive leadership from GGU, an MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, a master’s in international relations from Saint Mary’s University, and a bachelor’s in English from the University of Maryland. From 2017 to 2023, he operated Five Forces Consulting, Inc., providing business strategy and change management services to clients in the Pacific Northwest across various sectors.
Eric enjoys long-term travel with his wife and young daughter, blogging about their adventures, learning foreign languages, playing tennis, and managing a recreational Foodie Group for expatriates in Quito.
