Nicole has spent her entire career in technology managing various products in eCommerce, payments, pricing, and digital marketing. She is currently the Principal Product Manager of Checkout at PayPal. In her current role, she is responsible for PayPal’s Checkout Product Data, Analytics and Automation.

Nicole started her career has a software engineer working on an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System at System Software Associates (SSA) and a B2B e-commerce software platform at Comergent Technologies, Inc. During her years at Comergent, Nicole transitioned to product management. Over the last 20 years, Nicole has managed a variety of products including:

– Checkout at PayPal
– Pricing platform and pricing analytics system at PayPal
– Pricing platform including promotional, deal, and subscription pricing at eBay
– Communication (email and messaging) platforms at eBay
– Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system at Comergent
– Cloud online collaboration and sharing platform at Hightail (formally known as YouSendIt)
– Healthcare eCommerce platform at eHealth
– Cooperative databases at Experian
– Telecommunication software platform focusing on mobile intelligence to cloud computing at AePona

Aside from her full-time career, Nicole enjoys teaching a variety of undergraduate and graduate marketing courses at Golden Gate University and volunteers on the board of directors for a non-profit dog rescue.

Nicole is a continuous learner earning the following degrees:
– Bachelor of Science, BS, in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University
– Master of Business Administration, MBA, concentrating in Marketing from Golden Gate University
– Master of Arts, MA, in Psychology focusing on Organizational Behavior from Golden Gate University
– Doctor of Business Administration, DBA, studying the convergence of cyberpsychology and consumer behavior from Golden Gate University
