Mr. Conklin is a registered lobbyist representing California cities. For over 25 years, Mr. Conklin has been a registered multi-state lobbyist, advising several Fortune 500 Companies on state and federal issues, as well as serving various leadership positions in both houses of the California State Legislature. Mr. Conklin has managed several successful state-wide initiatives and legislative campaigns that have spanned across the state. He is the Chair of the Sacramento County Planning Commission. He is a member of the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics and serves as an officer with the Institute of Governmental Advocates. After completing his undergraduate degree in Government at CSU, Sacramento, Mr. Conklin earned his EMPA from Golden Gate University in 2005.
