Supervision, Teaching, and Professional Development

This course prepares students to serve as supervisors, educators, and professional mentors in counseling-related disciplines. Topics include adult learning theory, reflective supervision models, instructional design, and academic leadership. Students will develop teaching and supervisory competencies aligned with the developmental needs of learners and supervisees. Prerequisite(s): PSYCH 870.
