Program Overview
Golden Gate University (GGU) is excited to partner with the Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) in Chennai, India, to offer an accessible and globally recognized pathway to an MBA.
Through this partnership, students begin their journey by enrolling in LIBA’s Graduate Certificate in General Management, delivered fully online. Students who meet admission requirements and achieve strong academic performance in the Graduate Certificate in General Management at LIBA can transfer credits toward their MBA program at GGU.
Students have the flexibility to complete their GGU MBA either online from India or on campus in San Francisco, depending on their goals and circumstances.
Course Transfer and Academic Progression
Students must earn a grade of “B” or higher in each LIBA course to transfer credits to GGU.

After completing the Graduate Certificate in General Management at LIBA, students take the remaining courses (24-27 units) at GGU to earn their MBA, including a concentration in areas like Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or Project Management.
