Marion is a Senior Talent Management Leader with extensive experience in global executive leadership and organizational development within Fortune 500 companies across various industries, including financial services, retail, insurance, and energy. Her most recent role involved leading a nationally recognized executive education program in collaboration with Stanford University for Directors and Vice Presidents at a Fortune 500 utility company.

She holds a Doctorate in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco, where her dissertation focused on Ethical Decision-Making by Leaders. Additionally, Marion has an MA in Human Behavior and a BA in Political Science. She has contributed to the book “Collaboration and Peak Performance – A Multidisciplinary Perspective for Emerging Leaders” and provided an ethical case study and introduction to the business section for ” Ethical Decision-Making: Cases in Organization and Leadership.

Currently, Marion serves as a Senior Adjunct Faculty Member at Golden Gate University, teaching in the Ageno School of Business. She was honored with the 2022 MS Leadership Adjunct Faculty Award from the Ageno School of Business at Golden Gate University. Marion has also taught at the University of San Francisco in the School of Education and the School Business.  Additionally, she has taught at California College of the Arts in their Design MBA program. Her teaching portfolio includes courses such as Personal Leadership, Leadership Communication, Leadership Theories, Management and Leadership, Integrated Leadership Mastery, Leading Complex Change, Small Group Dynamics, Leading Global Teams, and Adaptive Decision Making.
