International Graduate Scholarships
Golden Gate University welcomes students from all over the world and offers scholarships for all qualified international students who are attending our San Francisco campus in a master’s degree program in our School of Business, School of Accounting and Braden School of Tax. Admitted students that have not previously attended Golden Gate University and satisfy the admissions criteria will be automatically considered for an International Student Scholarship or Grant through the admission process. There is no application required for these scholarships.
Note: Students must be an international student who entered the United States using an F Visa. Students studying on a J visa are not eligible for these scholarships or grants.
International Scholarships
International President’s Scholarship – $15,000
- The International President’s Scholarship is a partial-tuition scholarship that awards students a total of $15,000 to be divided evenly over the required units to complete their degree.
- Students are eligible to continue receiving this tuition scholarship as long as they continue to make academic progress to complete their program.
- This award may not be combined with any other GGU grant, scholarship nor specially priced programs or courses.
International Dean’s Scholarship – $12,000
- The International Dean’s Scholarship is a partial-tuition scholarship that awards students a total of $12,000 to be divided evenly over the required units to complete their degree.
- Students are eligible to continue receiving this tuition scholarship as long as they continue to make academic progress to complete their program.
- This award may not be combined with any other GGU grant, scholarship nor specially priced programs or courses.
International Welcome Grant – $2,000
- The International Welcome Grant is a one-time award in the amount of $2,000 to be applied based on full-time enrollment during a student’s first term.
upGrad Scholarships
upGrad Futures Scholarship – $12,600
- The upGrad Futures Scholarship is a partial-tuition scholarship that awards students a total of $12,600 to be divided evenly over the required units to complete their degree.
- Students are eligible to continue receiving this tuition scholarship as long as they continue to make academic progress to complete their program.
- This award may not be combined with any other GGU grant, scholarship nor specially priced programs or courses.
upGrad Mission Scholarship – $10,800
- The upGrad Mission Scholarship is a partial-tuition scholarship that awards students a total of $10,800 to be divided evenly over the required units to complete their degree.
- Students are eligible to continue receiving this tuition scholarship as long as they continue to make academic progress to complete their program.
- This award may not be combined with any other GGU grant, scholarship nor specially priced programs or courses.
upGrad Bridge Scholarship – $8,400
- The upGrad Bridge Scholarship is a partial-tuition scholarship that awards students a total of $8,400 to be divided evenly over the required units to complete their degree.
- Students are eligible to continue receiving this tuition scholarship as long as they continue to make academic progress to complete their program.
- This award may not be combined with any other GGU grant, scholarship nor specially priced programs or courses.
upGrad Opportunity Scholarship – $3,500
- The upGrad Opportunity Scholarship is a one-time award in the amount of $3,500 to be applied based on full-time enrollment during a student’s first term.
upGrad Quest Scholarship
- The upGrad Quest Scholarship is a partial-tuition scholarship that awards students $650 per course.
- Students are eligible to continue receiving this tuition scholarship as long as they continue to make academic progress to complete their program.
- This award may not be combined with any other GGU grant, scholarship nor specially priced programs or courses.
GGU Worldwide Scholarships – University HUB
GGU Worldwide Scholarship (UHUB) – $13,200
- The GGU Worldwide Scholarship (UHUB) is a partial-tuition scholarship that awards students a total of $13,200 to be divided evenly over the required units to complete their degree.
- Students are eligible to continue receiving this tuition scholarship as long as they continue to make academic progress to complete their program.
- This award may not be combined with any other GGU grant, scholarship nor specially priced programs or courses.
