Lindsay Fluty is a seasoned Talent, Leadership, and Organizational Development Leader and Leadership coach. Lindsay’s background includes more than 20 years of experience in designing, managing, and executing HR strategies. Lindsay is experienced in customizing interventions to meet the needs of the unique situation and client. She has curated client-tailored leadership development programs, talent development programs, change initiatives, and OD and team interventions.

Lindsay has spent her corporate career in both People Leadership and Program Leadership roles within small and large-scale manufacturing organizations, ranging from aerospace and defense, to shipbuilding and technology. She has provided leadership and consultation to both domestic and global organizations.

Lindsay is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) recognized Certified Professional Coach (CPC). She has coached leaders at all levels, and takes a candid and direct approach, focusing on both personal growth and results. Using theory and personal experience, Lindsay helps leaders and teams identify and move past the challenges that can inhibit success.

Lindsay has a Ph.D. and Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University. Lindsay is currently a member of the ICF and the Association of Talent Development.
