Focus is given to client meetings/interactions, including potential pitfalls when representing multiple clients and generations and clients with diminished capacity. This class pays particular attention to scope of representation, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, attorney-client privilege, work-product, and setting reasonable fees. The class is practice based and very interactive.
