This course is designed to ensure student success and demonstrate capacity to achieve doctoral learning outcomes in the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program. It ensures students have the doctoral-level research and analytical capacity in four core areas of the DBA program: Corporate Finance, Marketing Management, Business Analytics, and Leadership. DBA 809 provides a blend of engaging lectures, review sessions, and practice tests. At the end of the course, students will be able to synthesize, create, evaluate, and apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge to complex, real-world business scenarios. Topics include advanced financial decision-making and valuation, strategic marketing frameworks, data-driven decision-making and analytical tools, and transformational leadership principles. The course emphasizes doctoral-level critical thinking, problem-solving, advanced research, and the integration of interdisciplinary concepts. Students must pass a comprehensive exam assessing their knowledge and skills.
