I bring extensive experience as an academic leader and organizational development expert, specializing in public administration, strategic management, and leadership development. Currently, I serve as the Associate Dean and Program Director for the DBA program at Golden Gate University, where I combine academic rigor with practical expertise from the fields of military leadership and executive consulting.
My career spans both the public and private sectors, having held senior positions such as Assistant Vice President at HSBC and Deputy Director at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. I also served as a U.S. Army officer, including as Chief of Protocol for General Colin Powell.
As a published author and in-demand speaker, I have built a strong reputation for research and teaching excellence in leadership and organizational development. My work is driven by a passion for helping organizations and individuals unlock their full potential.
