Holden is the Associate Director of the Full-Time MBA Program at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, concurrently serving as Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University and Note Dame de Namur University. With a background in business and project management, Holden transitioned into higher education full time. Holden is originally from Texas but has called Northern California home for the past 11 years.

In this multifaceted role, Holden manages diverse aspects of the FTMBA program, including DEI initiatives, curriculum planning, and student services. As a passionate educator, Holden teaches a variety of management courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Academically, Holden holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business, a Master’s in Legal Studies, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Organization and Leadership at the University of San Francisco.

Beyond academia, Holden finds joy in achieving personal goals, exploring nature through hiking, spending quality time with friends and family, and occasionally unplugging from technology. Excited about the interest in education, leadership, and personal growth, Holden looks forward to contributing to the success of students in their academic journey.
