Janeen Bianco-Splann is a dynamic, award-winning educator and transformative leader with over twenty-years of educational experience teaching professionals how to improve and excel in their ability to lead and serve. She is currently a Leadership Training Specialist at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, where she is instrumental in developing, writing, and evaluating effective leadership curricula and trainings for leaders.

Over the past several years, working beside her business partner and husband, Michael Bianco-Splann, Janeen has been a catalyst for bringing Conscious Leadership to individuals and organizations by providing valuable support, training, consulting and facilitating. She is also an adjunct professor in the Organizational Leadership and Human Skills Development undergraduate program at Golden Gate University. Additionally, she is a certified practitioner in GENOS Emotional Intelligence, Crucial Learning: Crucial Conversations, Prosci Change Management and Coherence Advantage with the HeartMath Institute.

Most recently in her position with Puget Sound Naval Shipyard’s Command University, she redesigned and wrote a new curriculum for their inaugural in-house LEAD-3 Advanced Leadership Training Seminar. Janeen’s distinctive ability to bring greatness to her work led to best-selling author and TED Talk phenomenon, Simon Sinek, presenting as the opener for the first redesigned LEAD-3 class.

Her unique blend of purposeful training and coaching expertise, coupled with her extraordinary ability to facilitate organizational flow, efficiencies and operational processes separates her from the rest.

Janeen has a passion for serving others by modeling the type of leadership that emboldens trust, transparency, and an attitude of collaboration in a world that is in need or greater understanding, empathy, compassion, and dare she say: love.
