Tommy is a Career Talent Development Leader with depth of experience in global executive leadership and organization talent development in Fortune 500 companies including brokerage services, banking, biotechnology, and energy. His most recent corporate work experience included developing and leading the largest engineer internship program for a Fortune 500 utility company.

Tommy received a Doctorate Degree in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. His dissertation was on The Involvement of Parents in Career Decisions of Millennial Participants in Corporate Rotational Programs. He holds an MA Degree in Human Behavior and a BA Degree in Business Management. In addition, Tommy has contributor to published books: “Collaboration and Peak Performance – A Multidisciplinary Perspective for Emerging Leaders” and has contributed an ethical case study in a book entitled “Ethical Decision Making: Case Studies in Organizational and Leadership.”

Tommy is currently an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University. He was awarded with the 2022 MS Leadership Adjunct Faculty Award from the Ageno School of Business at Golden Gate University. He has also taught at the University of San Francisco in the School of Education and Business. And has also taught at the California College of the Arts in their Design MBA program. The subjects taught include Personal Leadership, Leadership Communication, Leadership Theories, Management and Leadership, Integrated Leadership Mastery, Leading Complex Change, Small Group Dynamics, Leading Global Teams, and Adaptive Decision Making.
