Nancy and her husband, Herb, have deep roots in the San Francisco Bay Area. Nancy earned her BA from UC Berkeley and went on to be a teacher and raise a family. In her mid-forties, Nancy attended law school at GGU, fulfilling a lifelong ambition of becoming an attorney. After receiving her JD from GGU, she worked at the Family and Children’s Law Center in Marin providing legal services to children and families. Nancy has also served on nonprofit boards in the areas of the arts, advocacy for children, and aging/eldercare. Now retired, she is still an active member of her community; she lives in Ross with her husband Herb and they have a family foundation and several philanthropic interests.
