A seasoned privacy leader and law lecturer with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Ms. Glover-Gardin has held senior leadership positions at PayPal, as Global Head of Privacy Legal, and Google, as Managing Senior Counsel for Privacy Compliance. Ms. Glover-Gardin has advised on complex privacy challenges, navigated regulatory hurdles, and developed innovative compliance solutions.

As a Law Lecturer, she lectures on Consumer Privacy and Technology.

Ms. Glover-Gardin is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she earned a Master’s (LLM) in Law, with additional certificates from Berkeley Center for Law and Technology. She is also a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, where she earned a Jurisdoctorate (JD). She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), and licensed in California, England, and Wales.
