Google IT Support
This course culminates in achievement of a Google IT Support Professional Certificate. In this course, students will learn the basics of customer support, including operational knowledge of networking and operating systems, troubleshooting, cloud computing, systems administration, and security. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to take the CompTIA A+ certification exams. This course is offered in partnership with Outlier.org and is available to all undergraduate students. In addition to earning academic credit, students may receive a professional certificate from Coursera.
