Ms. Leach has over twenty-five years of experience in Human Resources. She has primarily worked in the tech industry but has also worked in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and non-profit sectors. She specializes in helping small—to medium-sized companies develop their HR departments from the ground up.

Most of her roles have involved working in all HR functions, although she began her career working with HR systems. Her love of technology and passion for HR led her to teach HRM 304: Technology Strategies for HR Management. She has been teaching this course at GGU since 2016.

Currently, Aisha is the chief people officer at the Last Mile, a non-profit that operates technology classes in prison facilities throughout the US.
