Dana Mackey is an organizational consultant, instructor, and coach based in Reno, NV. Since 2020, she has worked with clients in the non-profit, private, and public sectors to co-facilitate workshops on leadership development and diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging in the workplace. Dana teaches conflict resolution and coaching courses at Golden Gate University’s Ageno School of Business, as well as courses in conflict resolution and educational psychology at Truckee Meadows Community College. She volunteers as a conflict coach and mediator with Community Boards in San Francisco. Outside of work, she can be found in the garden or on the slopes!
