I have a Doctorate in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University (FL); an additional 39 credits of doctoral work in I/O Psychology from Northcentral University (AZ); MBA from Golden Gate University (CA); B.S Communication Arts from Cal Poly Pomona (CA). I started mentoring dissertation learners in PhD and DBA programs at Capella University in 2001 leaving Capella in 2020 after 3 years as Chair of five doctoral programs in the School of Business and Technology. I currently teach research methods at Grand Canyon University (AZ) supporting 7 faculty dissertation chairs; teach undergrad courses at Golden Gate University (CA); and chair dissertation learner’s IT studies at the University of the Cumberlands (KY). I have been an ACBSP evaluator since 2019.

In my professional life I was the first Online Program Director at International Thomson Publishing (NY); a Director in Product Development and Marketing at Proquest (MI); Director of Business Development at Checkspace (WA); Lead Program Manager at APEX Online Learning (WA); and Director of Training and Documentation at Atlas (purchased by Microsoft – WA). I earned my Certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach in 2014. I have previously taught graduate level business courses online and in person for City University (WA, China and Switzerland); Tiffin University (Romania); I also author test banks for Peregrine Global.
