Trauma, Resilience, and Social Justice in Applied Psychology

This course examines the impact of trauma and systemic oppression on individuals and communities, emphasizing resilience and justice-oriented frameworks. Students will critically analyze trauma theory, resilience research, and liberation psychology, and design interventions for non-clinical settings such as education, advocacy, and community programming. Prerequisite(s): PSYCH 870.
