Patricia A. Haney has had an extensive career in higher education having worked in chief student affairs officer and other administrative positions at a variety of institutions throughout the United States.  She served as Vice President for Student Development at Notre Dame of Maryland University, Vice President for Student Affairs at Minnesota State University Mankato, Director of University-wide Student Programs at the University of Illinois, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at the University of Illinois Springfield, Dean of Students at Santa Clara University, and Associate Dean of Students at St. Mary’s College of California.  She participated as a peer evaluator for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.  She received her Ph.D. in Education from Stanford University in the Administration and Policy Analysis program with a concentration in Higher Education and a minor in Sociology.  Dr. Haney also received the following degrees:  M.S., Counseling and Human Systems, Florida State University and B.A., Honors, English, summa cum laude, Gonzaga University.  She attended the Institute for Educational Management, Graduate School of Education, Harvard University.  She is a member of The Registry for College and University Presidents and has completed interim assignments at Chapman University and Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
