Examines contemporary approaches to qualitative analysis in psychology. Students will learn about and practice using such qualitative research techniques as open-ended interviewing, focus groups and the case study approach. Other topics include the use of qualitative research software, the philosophic foundations of knowledge and the effective display of data.
