This course explores the transformative and innovative role of artificial intelligence (AI) in reshaping service industries, including healthcare, financial services, education, hospitality, retail, professional services, transportation, and government. As AI capabilities advance rapidly, such organizations are being redefined-from how they interact with customers and manage resources, to how they deliver value, scale operations, and innovate.
