DAI 815

AI-Driven Business Transformation & Strategy

4 Unit(s)

This course develops the capacity to formulate enterprise-wide AI strategies and lead their execution through organizational change. Students investigate business operations, customer experiences, and readiness for AI adoption, then compare initiatives using technical feasibility, cost, risk, and measurable value. They examine how disruptive AI can enable new business models and sustainable competitive advantage, and develop a strategy spanning pilot implementation and scale. Case analysis and cross-functional management simulations require students to allocate resources, establish decision authority, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and adapt execution to emerging results. The course culminates in an integrated transformation strategy and implementation plan, supported by an individual simulation decision record and a defense of the resulting business and organizational recommendations.
