Info Session: PsyD in Applied Counseling Psychology

Join Dean Tom Wooldridge and Program Director Stephanie Morgan for an information session on Golden Gate University’s new Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Applied Counseling Psychology.

This 72-unit program, offered fully online and hybrid, is designed for working professionals who want doctoral-level training in counseling psychology outside of clinical licensure pathways, with graduates prepared for roles in higher education, organizational consulting, program development, and research.

We’ll walk through the curriculum, the three-phase dissertation process, the pathway option for MA in Counseling Psychology graduates, and the admissions process, with ample time for your questions. MA in Counseling Psychology students and alumni interested in the PsyD Pathway option are especially encouraged to attend.

Note that the program is still pending for VA approval.
