This course offers a comprehensive exploration of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI through the lens of pre-trained models and the systems built on top of them. Participants study the foundations of modern GenAI and Agentic AI, including transformers, embeddings, instruction tuning, fine-tuning, human feedback, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multimodality, and evaluation. The course places strong emphasis on understanding how pre-trained models evolve into enterprise applications and agentic systems, and introduces the emerging concept of AI Harnessing – the integration of models, context, retrieval, memory, tools, agents, workflows, and enterprise systems into reliable and scalable AI solutions.
