AI Applications in the Workplace

Provides practical fluency in the AI tools, workflows, and emerging practices that define modern professional environments. Students gain hands-on experience with leading AI applications across text, image, data, and code; design and automate simple workflows; build and deploy basic AI agents; and prototype applications using low-code or no-code platforms. The course also examines the organizational implications of AI adoption, including privacy, security, bias, and reliability. Students complete a capstone project deploying a working AI-enabled workflow or agent, accompanied by a written evaluation of its fit for a defined use case. No prerequisites; basic digital fluency is assumed.
