Ordering Books
Get started by visiting the bookstore website to find and order your books.
Step 1: Click “Textbooks” or “Get Your Textbooks” on the bookstore homepage. Select the term, departments, courses, and sections you require.
Step 2: Click “Find Materials for Courses”. Textbooks and purchasing options will appear or notes that no books are required for the course.
- Books marked “Required” are necessary for the class and those marked “Recommended” are optional.
- Books not assigned yet? Sign up to be notified when they are ready.
Step 3: Choose the textbook options you want for each course and click “Add Item to Bag.” Select “Continue Shopping” or “View Bag & Checkout” to complete your order.

- You will be given the options to “Create Account” or “Continue as Guest”. Please note that if you rent a book, you must create an account.
- Review your order for accuracy. Edit as needed and follow the checkout process.
Book Rental Returns
See below for information on how to return your rental books at the end of the term.
- You will receive rental reminder emails prior to the due date.
- You may also log into your online bookstore account (use the “My Account” link on top-right of the bookstore website) for rental return information.
- Free shipping labels are accessible up to the rental return due date. Please include your name, phone number, and email with your return.

Textbook Buyback
Sell Back Purchased Textbooks
Textbooks purchased new or used may still have value. The bookstore has partnered with one of the leading used book buyers, ValoreBooks for book sell back.
How it works:
- Enter the ISBN, select a product, and view prices.
- Ship your items to ValoreBooks for free.
- Get paid by check or PayPal.

Frequently Asked Questions
Check the bookstore website for most up-to-date information. Book purchasing options include new, used, digital, and rental.
Two emails are received after placing an order — order confirmation and order update. The order confirmation provides a summary of the purchase and a link to track order status. The order update will include instructions for digital books. This can include a passcode and a URL to access the digital content.
We accept returns on books purchased or rented through the website 30 days from your order date or 30 days from the start of classes, whichever is later. Unopened computer hardware and software may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Full return policy is available at link on bottom of the bookstore website.
- Include a copy of your confirmation email or order details with your securely packaged return. If you don’t have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Your refund could be delayed if we can’t identify the original purchase details.
- Return shipping is at your expense. We’re not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s).
- Hold on to your tracking information and shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
Look for the “Sell Your Textbooks” link at the bottom of your store website. Follett has partnered with ValoreBooks to provide the best market-based pricing options for selling books.
You will receive rental reminder emails prior to the due date. You may also log into your online bookstore account for rental return information. FREE shipping labels are provided in your rental account. These are accessible up to the rental due date.
We accept all credits cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and offer PayPal Credit. In addition, we accept Financial Aid and other School Credit where applicable.
