Our exploration will extend to privacy challenges across diverse industry sectors, and we'll investigate comparative strategies for both national and international compliance. Topics covered will include e-commerce, biometrics, artificial intelligence, and data security. Throughout the course, students will scrutinize emerging online privacy legislation, assessing its implications for business and technology. They will also gain practical experience in conducting privacy impact assessments and drafting product privacy guidance.
