Chip Conradi is currently the Vice-Chair and Secretary of the GGU Board of Trustees and has been an active GGU alumnus, serving on the Law Dean’s Advisory Board, and as a member of various Board Committees over the years. Chip received his BA from Cornell University followed by a JD, with honors, in 1978, and a Master’s in Tax in 1981 – both from Golden Gate University. Chip is a retired Treasurer and Vice President of Tax for the Clorox Company. Prior to joining Clorox, Conradi was head of international tax at Bank of America in San Francisco for ten years, Director of Tax Planning at American President Lines, and has held other tax positions in industry, including an assignment in Tokyo, Japan. He is a member of the California Bar Association, a member and past President of the Board of Directors of the Alameda County Community Food Bank, a past commissioner of the Oakland Tax Board of Review, and a member and former regional Vice President of the Tax Executives Institute.
