In addition, selected programs are offered for completion locally, including degree cohorts meeting on a fixed course schedule with a core group of continuing students, and which may involve "hybrid" courses with both in-person and cyber class sessions.Golden Gate University has served the six-county region's professional community and population of working adults for more than 35 years. Our learning center in the Heald College facility alongside I-80 offers three classrooms, a computer lab and resource room, full-time professional staff and study/research areas. Students and faculty can access the GGU Library and its research databases via the Web from home or from the labs.
